RETURN POLICY

We are proud to offer unparalleled customer service, including FREE RETURNS to addresses included in the contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from our free return policy).

To return your products, just contact us a orders@yoked.net with your order number and full name; we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

If you apply common sense while you ship your return, your full refund or exchange will be processed in a matter of hours after reception by Yoked.

Our FREE RETURNS policy includes the entirety of the order as well as the USPS shipping costs. If you selected another carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc) while ordering, we will refund up to $5 of that shipping fee. We will not be responsible for refunding the entirety of the extra shipping cost you chose while checking out.

Keeping in mind that Yoked Apparel is a small business based in New York (one of the most expensive place in the world) should help provide context to the following paragraphs.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We use exclusively the USPS for returns, we have an extensive track record with them and deliver in 2 to 3 days on average.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a free return, your shipping address must be in the contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii are not included in our free return policy), your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We offer one (1) free return per order; if you need to return the items two (2) times or more you will be responsible for shipping costs for those extra shipments. One (1) return means we already paid shipping 3 times (i.e. to you, back to us, to you again).

To be more specific, the items must be:

- properly folded in their sealed individual bag, in order to keep package as flat as possible, avoid wrinkles and keep items protected.

- clean, odor-free and free of hair (human or animal), we inspect the items inside and outside upon reception and there will be no refund for dirty items. No exceptions.

- in their individual transparent bag, that bag must be in good shape (fee of S1 otherwise).

- do not include the black tissue paper in your return.

If the items are received dirty (hair included), there will be no refund. We will not take photos to document it, our team is focused on shipping impeccable products and has no time or business documenting dirty clothes. We could ship the dirty clothes back to you if you claim them in the 7 days following the reception in our warehouse, otherwise they will be discarded 7 days after we receive the return.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is dirty, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@yoked.net.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@yoked.net and we will be in touch shortly with a prepaid shipping label.

Bundle (if applicable)

When purchasing a bundle with an add-on item given for a discounted price or for free as part of the bundle, if items are returned, the refund value will be deducted by the regular price of the add-on item + $5 shipping fee.

Example: customer purchased items A and B during a sale event and received item C for free. Customer decides to return items A and B but to keep C, the refund of A+B will be discounted of regular C price + $5 shipping fee.
